Heineken - the candidate

It is one of awesome beer companies all over the world, "Heineken".

And It is my ultimate goal working for this company! So I just tried to find an information about this company and this video is on Youtube!

"The first job interview that you can't prepare for", this quote makes me really interesting!

People prepare the first interview for getting a job as usual, and most people just exaggerate themselves when they describe themselves to the interviewers. Even in Korea, there are some educational institutes for job-interview. (to give accurate answer when they have a job-interview)

When you calculate something or do math things, definitely there is an "answer". But introducing yourself to the others and show your ability have no accurate answer. Everything needs to be natural and real.

So in this interview, Heineken wants to avoid "Prepared answer" dealing with "Standard questions"
The company ttys to know how well the candidates think on their feet (the ability to deal with unconscious situation).

Compare to any other companies in Korea, it is the very new way to hire the candidate and I think it is really good way to know people's real ability.
