It is one of awesome beer companies all over the world, "Heineken". And It is my ultimate goal working for this company! So I just tried to find an information about this company and this video is on Youtube! "The first job interview that you can't prepare for", this quote makes me really interesting! People prepare the first interview for getting a job as usual, and most people just exaggerate themselves when they describe themselves to the interviewers. Even in Korea, there are some educational institutes for job-interview. In this video they are based on people who have cross-sex friends, and make them think how can they have cross-sex friendship. First, he ask them to choose what they want to their friends in their friendship. Of course, they are good at talking about their needs.
